Naturally coloured red grain. This variety was discovered by chance in Camargue region in France where it began to grow spontaneously. It was then isolated by rice farmers.Directions for use: Wash the rice in cold water and drain. Pour into a large saucepan of salted boiling water, cook about 30 to 40 minutes. Drain and serve.
