The Bass & Hays Standard 7-5/16″ diameter locking valve box lid, designed for B&H® 1824S™, 2436S™, 3648S™, and 3960S™ adjustable valve boxes, is a secure stock item marked WATER. H-20 traffic rated when paired with a Bass & Hays H-20 rated valve box properly installed in reinforced concrete, it features a 1/2″ x 2-1/2″ stainless steel pentahead security bolt and CAM lock mechanism, requiring a special socket (sold separately) for access. Made from ASTM A48 coated cast gray iron CL35B or better, with a 304 stainless steel bolt and cast bronze CAM locking bar, it meets AASHTO M306 standards.
