Description Over the years we have seen many van’s enter the shop with the dreaded ‘click’ coming from the heater flap actuator motor. The cause of this is a stripped plastic gear which ultimately results in the unit being thrown away and replaced with a second hand unit which are not only becoming harder to find but also becoming more costly and destined to fail again in the future as they wear too. We have spent numerous hours reverse engineering the factory gear and prototyping different materials to manufacture replacements from. We are please to say we have successfully produced a replacement gear that is not only affordable but also extremely easy to install into you motor. ** Note that the colour of the gear you receive may vary from the picture as we may do different colourway’s from time to time.
