- You must ensure adequate security and supervise how guests or contractors use the equipment. You may be liable for any damage caused by negligence, poor security, or misuse. Insurance may be void if reasonable care has not been taken to protect the equipment.
- Liability
While we always endeavour to fulfil confirmed orders, MHC Events Ltd cannot be held responsible for failure to supply due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, fire, theft, floods, breakdowns, or strikes).
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or for delays beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the value of the hire charge paid by the Client.
